Full Circle Training offers a functional, comprehensive form of group training that develops athletes regardless of your initial fitness abilities. All Full Circle experiences emphasize strength techniques, speed, agility, flexibility, form, plyometrics, resistance training, and speed training. Power House Training classes are an hour to an hour and a half long. The training averages of groups anywhere from 2 people to 20 people. The classes are offered on top of the hour during the Power House Training times(see schedule below).
The Power House Training is challenging for long-time Full Circle Members and beginners, don’t be intimidated, our wonderful trainers will modify the workout to your abilities. Participants quickly realize that the only limit to a persons desired physical appearance is their ability to commit to the hard work they will face. Come in and try a class!

5:00 a.m. (First class of morning hours)- 10:00 a.m.(last class of morning hours)
2:00 p.m.(first class of afternoon/night hours) – 7:00 p.m. (last class of afternoon/night hours)
